Since many of our products are made to order, please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to create your wax melts before they are shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically take 2-4 business days within the UK.

3. What is the best way to use wax melts?

Place one or two wax melt pieces in your wax warmer and light a tea light or turn on the electric warmer. As the wax melts, it will release the fragrance into your home. Be sure to follow the safety instructions provided with your wax warmer.

4. Are your wax melts eco-friendly?

Yes, we prioritize sustainability by offering eco-friendly options, such as soy wax and beeswax melts. Our packaging is also recyclable, and we are constantly exploring ways to reduce our environmental footprint.

5. How long do your wax melts last?

The longevity of our wax melts varies depending on the size and type, but typically, one wax melt can provide fragrance for up to 8-12 hours. For the best experience, use them in a well-ventilated area.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange policy within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that personalised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
